We guarantee our products 100%. We will gladly replace any damaged or defective items at no charge or issue a credit for unused products, less shipping, with exception to natural stone products.

1. Shade, Finish or Size variations are inherent in all natural stones. We assume no responsibility or liability for any labor or material claims due to size, finish or shade variations or discoloration due to use of colored grouts.
2. Please order carefully.  In the event that you should change your mind or do not like the size, finish or shade variation, we WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF NATURAL STONE PRODUCTS!!
3. We do not accept returns on overordered material. Please measure carefully!
4. Inspect all materials immediately upon delivery in terms of product ordered, quantity and any breakage in shipping. Discrepancies must be reported within 24hrs of delivery or any claims will not be honored. Any visable damage to crates or pallets must be reported to delivery driver at time of delivery.
5. Absolutely no claims will be accepted on installed material.
